10/5/2019 1 Comment Day 4 and 5My intentions are here but with a few flight delays and traveling for over 27 hours and being 7 hours ahead in time zones I was not able to perform my workout. But I will be replacing day 4 with a rest day and making it up Sunday. Luckily for me Saturday and Sunday are rest days for squatober. My two days were we filled with chasing a 2 year old around an airport for hours and hours. It can prove challenging with such sore legs. I will post pictures tomorrow morning on our make up day. Sorry for the short update but it is 2:09pm back home and 11:09pm here. I need to get my sleep so I can get the the fitness center in the morning to get back on track.

AuthorHi my name is Trever Duncan. I started Fit24 in the Summer of 2013. I have always loved fitness but have fallen away from it over the past few years (crazy to imagine having started a fitness center). Although I remain active through my various hobbies on my small property and enjoyment of moving things which has allowed me to keep my strength up to an extent. My first true fascination was running. I failed in the 5th grade on winning the mile so I decided to run everyday for a whole year. My 6th grade year I came back after self training running a 5:56 mile. My second love was wrestling which has been my favorite ever since I failed by getting cut by the 8th grade basketball team. Therefore started to wrestle. Thank God I did. I ended up winning my high schools top athlete award by my senior year and having(https://house.mo.gov/billtracking/bills03/hlrbillspdf/4178C.01.pdf). Funny how failure leads to success. And this is were I had decided to start blogging to show others sometimes the best success comes from failure or at least mine have! ArchivesCategories
